Event AV · Under 1,000 attendees
Big AV companies are built for big events. We are built for yours.
We love the small and mid-sized events that the big providers tend to overlook — corporate meetings, conferences, breakout rooms, association programs and community gatherings that just need to go off without a hitch. That's our happy place.

About us
Decades of experience, pointed squarely at the events everyone else overlooks.
Omni Event AV grew up inside Omni New Media, a video production company that's been at it since 1989. For years, clients who trusted us to make videos for their meetings kept asking the same thing: “Can you help us actually show this at the event?” We happily said yes.
One thing led to another — projection, audio, lighting, presentation playback, breakout rooms — and before long it was a real service. Omni Event AV makes it official under its own name, backed by the same familiar faces and the same service-first approach our clients have counted on for decades.

What we do
The essential event tech — done really well.
We stick to the gear that keeps your program running smoothly — never fancier, or pricier, than it needs to be.
Sound that carries
Speakers, microphones and mixing sized to the room, so every seat — even the one by the door — hears the whole thing clearly.
Projection that pops
Screens and displays that keep your slides, video and data easy to read from the front row to the back corner.
Lighting, kept sensible
Clean, purposeful light that keeps your speakers and content looking their best — right-sized for the room and easy on the eyes.
Playback you can trust
Slides and video, cued up and quietly managed, so your presenters can just get up and present.
Breakout rooms, covered
Consistent, well-prepped AV across every concurrent session — no room left feeling like an afterthought.
Independent & flexible
We're not tied to a venue's in-house team, so we recommend what your event actually needs — nothing more.
Our approach
Smaller events deserve more than equipment dropped in a room.
That kind of hands-on care usually gets saved for the big, big-budget productions. We think that's backwards. Your smaller meeting matters just as much to the people in the room — and it deserves an AV partner who treats it that way.
We do our homework first
Long before showtime, we get to know your organization, your agenda, your speakers and your priorities — and quietly head off the little surprises before they become big ones.
We talk it through in plain English
No jargon, no smoke and mirrors. We help you think through the technical calls and land on what genuinely works for your room, your audience and your budget.
We treat your budget like our own
Because we're independent, we recommend what your event truly needs and find smart ways to deliver a polished result — minus the padding.

Second opinion
Already have an AV proposal?
Is it the right plan — or just a big one?
Send it our way. We'll go through it with you—not to slap another price on the table, but to make sure the plan actually fits your event.
First we'll get to know your program, your audience, your venue, and what matters most to you. Then we'll walk the proposal together line by line, explain what each piece is really doing, flag anything you probably don't need—or anything that's quietly missing—and point out practical alternatives where they make sense.
The goal isn't to sell you our AV. It's to help you make a confident, well-informed call and build the right plan for your event and your budget.
And no pressure—really. No obligation, no hard sell, no catch. If all we do is help you feel better about the proposal you already have, we'll call that a win. You decide what happens next, on your timeline, not ours.
